Since end of September 2019 until beginning of November 2019 was a pleasure time for ADRA Laos to host 3 volunteer groups from different countries, Australia, Canada and Korea.
To celebrate International Disability Day and bring social awareness of People with Disability to communities inclusive activities and games for villagers were conducted to gain a better understanding of the life of PWDs.
On 28 September to 11 October 2019, ADRA Laos ADRA Laos had the opportunity to host the Morphett Vale Youth volunteer team from South Australia under the project, Water for Women and Children in Phoukoud District, Xiengkhouang Province, contributes to ADRA Laos’ existing projects—ENHUP and PICRAIL
On 6 October to 18 October 2019, ADRA Laos had the pleasure to host a wonderful group of volunteers from Really Living in Hamilton, Canada under the project Phoukoud WASH and Inclusion Project in Phoukoud District, Xiengkhouang Province.
On July 10 2019, we celebrate as ADRA Lao signs our Memorandum of Understanding with Xiengkhouang Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Department for our 3+ years food security project – Phoukoud Integrated Climate Resilient Agriculture and Improved Livelihoods (PICRAIL) Project.
