The Learn to Live (LTL) team of health professional volunteers have been rolling out capacity building activities with ADRA in Xiengkhuang from 2015 to 2019. In 2015-2017 ultrasound equipment and training was undertaken with Mok Mai, Khoun and Phoukoud District Hospitals and from 2018-2019 reproductive training has been undertaken with Phoukoud District Health staff, villages and students.
