ADRA Laos places importance on feedback management. We seek constructive feedback that can assist us in the positive implementation of our projects, activities and general practices. 

ADRA Laos views corruption, staff misconduct, sexual misconduct, harassment or any abuse seriously. We are committed to investigating and addressing feedback and complaints fairly, promptly, professionally and equally.

Our main feedback channels include calling one of our contact numbers, sending an email, sending a message through Facebook or posting to our mailbox in Vientiane.
